You've replaced every possible culprit except for the distributor itself. I see 2 remaining possibilities. One is that your dwell is too low and the other is that there is slop in your distributor shaft that allows the points to not open all the time. I've never seen this happen in a FI distributor, but others here claim to. The coil wire comes driectly from the ignition switch.
