German type 3s only got those in 71-3, I believe.

The works are the same for T1 & T3, but only the T3 got the 
separate subframe. Both got the rear stabilizer bar for a few years 
in the late 60s.

Did it have separate heater boxes, but with simpler bolted flanges?
