[T3] More on Weak Electical Problems

In case you dont remember or havnt seen the problem this is it:
I get very dim lights on the dash and on the interior light of my 73 Square,
and nothing happens upon turning the key.  All the relay clicks are heard
though.  I was told to check the connections to the battery and check the
fact that the voltage was 12 and the battery wasnt drained.
Here is where I am at now:
Well, I broke the positive battery post connector while trying to widen it
and push it down farther on the post, so I replaced it.   I checked all of
the connections to it and stuff, I even clipped and stripped the wires going
into it to make it cleaner.  Now all I can say though is that it is cleaner.
I still dont have any strong power.  I know that the battery is charged,
because I tested it and I am assuming that it is running fine at 12 V
because the tester I used only works for 12 V batteries.  What now?  I would
really like to get her up soon.  Thanks for all the help thus far.
