Who > knows, maybe I have a strange animal. It's an early (Feb) '71, tho. I had 2, I know the late one was a plug-in, but I never had to touch the early one so I can't be sure. I just realized that the difference in the switch is that the headlights on 71-on cars go off with the key, so there is an extra contact in there for that purpose. That would be why they are different from the earlier ones.
