Ooh, and on that note, it's not necessary to respond to a message and the list! Obviously if the person is writing to the list then they will receive the message you write. By responding to the list and the message author you are sending them duplicate information -- totally unnecessary! It's really not that difficult to Reply All and delete the author's email addy (and keep the T3 addy) as I do it all the time and it only consumes less than 3 seconds extra of your time :) Of course, if they request otherwise then follow their wishes.
