I would add that in Mark's case, I would make sure to get the timing right (and valves adjusted, etc.) before moving on to the pressure sensor. The ignition and valve parameters can be adjusted with certainty independent of everything else; save your "tune by ear" adjustments to very last, and I think the engine will be better off. Otherwise one risks adjusting the pressure sensor to mask some mis-adjustment in ignition or valves.
