[T3] Oil sump.

The oil sump on the type 3 is different from the type 1 oil sump, right?  
because of the oil filler?  in the T1 it goes thgouth the top, but in the T3, 
it comes down outside the case and right into the sump, right?  does the sump 
just bolt on?
(mine has about 2 inches of the circumfrence of the opening for the screen 
and plate missing...  broken out)  the hole was sealed up with silicone.
