[T3] No more Smoke, But no Acceleration

Ok, I adjusted the manifold hose and that helped a ton! (Thanks Greg)  So I
took her for a road test only to find that she had NO acceleration.  I would
have the pedal to the floor and get nothing but EXTREMELY SLUGGISH
acceleration.  I got about 0-30 in a quarter of a mile.  Could this be the
timing?  (I still need to find a CHEAP timing light and dwell/tach meter.)
Or is it something more serious?
