Yes it runs fine when warmed up.

Try

The problem is I can't tell which cylinder it is.  When I unplug them they
all effect it the same way. namely, the rpm increases for a second, then
drops lower untill I plug it back in and it comes back to "normal"  is this
what's supposed to happen, up then down?  When the engine is warmed up it
only goes down.  I did notice that numbers 2 and 4 were a tad worse than 1
and 3,  i.e. 2/4 didn't make quite as much difference when unpluged, but
those injectors don't even fire at the same time.
