Any ideas??/ I have seen this many times and can duplicate this. This happens when you have an air leak or when the fuel mixture is adjusted too lean. In your case it may one of two things : your air regulator may have stayed open or one of your engine's temp sensors is leaning the mixture too much upon warm up. If idle is high and surging , Check your air regulator by removing the rear hose when the car is warm and feel if it is sucking air, place your finger over the hose hole, does the idle change ? Checking sensors varies in proceedure. Do you have a sensor in your intake manifold or on the base of the air regulator ? Do you have the head temperature sensor at the top of the head or at the side ?
