> Sort of funny, but as of Wednesday, my white '65 notch has also been running classic plates. Only reason I put the classics on is that I don't have to have an emissions test with them. If I license it with regular or year of manufacture plates, then I have to get an emissions test every year. I've been fighting that for over 2 years now, but the Air Quality Board says that ALL cars 1965 and newer must have an emissions test yearly unless they are registered as a "classic".
