[T3] Bore sizes for T1/3 style heads...

What's the biggest you can bore out the HEAD (forget about the P/C set).
Just a curiosity question for us T4 conversion goofballs.  And, yes, I know
the bolt spacing is different.  Just thinking out loud right now.
