Funny you mention this.. I just did some line replacing tonight! I'll save the old nuts for ya. I used some off the shelf brake lines from Crappy tire. (its a canadian store like fred meyers, really http://www.canadiantire.ca) the lines were very cheap (price wise) cause they are made locally. a few differences. the nuts have 10mm heads. The one prob I had is all the length choices were either to long or to short. I pout some extra bends and one circle to account for the extra length. I wanted to just get some generic line and make my own, but I could find a flaring tool to make the correct flares. The only kind I saw was to make the style that is inverted from what we need. (flared in as apposed to flared out).
