[T3] Rear fender (quarter panel compatibility) with 69

I have a 69 Fastback, and am looking at replacing the
rear quarter panels, because of rust.  I have found
some 65-66 fenders (the owner is not sure)  or another
possibility is from a 68.  

What years are going to fit on my 69? What years round
this time are there noticeable differences in body
parts, what are the changes.  I know that turn signals
in front are easy to spot, they changed from bullet to
long wrap around in? 70 or 71?  Did the rear lenses
change at that point as well. All help is appreciated.

Separate question along the same lines, any I am just
trying to confirm a huntch.  Did the roof line over
the passenger seat get raised at some point between 65
and 69.  Looking at pictures, the earlier ones just
look a little lower/quicker in the back window?  Not
sure if it is the 'cal' look that is making them look
shorter or if it is actual.
