I've got a few of those 46mm open ended wrenches made in Germany with a DIN standard number from a tool stall in the UK. Not a great need for them apart from tightening the nut when the muffler is fitted correctly. When you install or remove you have to keep the upper heat exchangers attached anyway, and if you're dismantling you would normally be able to saw off the pipe at the nut anyway and use a type 2 hub socket as it's the same size. Make sure you use graphite lubricant on the joint so it comes undone again next time! Most places don't bother. Dave.
