On a caliper that has sat unused for years it can be impossible off
the car. You can always get them apart if you put them on a
working brake system and use brake fluid to pump them out, but
this makes a mess and you can only do one piston at a time.
Keep in mind that brake fluid is poisonous and dogs like it!
If they have been in use recently, I can probably get them apart and
rebuild them. I charge $45 per side for this, and frankly it's a
bargain.
