I don't know of any other country that had this particular combination. In the Type 34 parts list it says option M34 (amber/white front wraparound indicators and amber flashing side indicators) is for Italy. Interesting: the Type 3 parts list says amber flashing side indicators (instead of parking lamps) were needed in Italy, Denmark, Austria, and Finland.
