Hmmmm, I have one of each. And, I enjoy them both for completely different reasons. I can also tell you that in the type 3 marketplace, custom type 3s never, ever fetch what you have into them. And, it is because of what Jim stated, our tastes are all totally different. I have to admit, my stock fasty's appeal to me is based on the dealer goodies in it even more than the stockness of it. If you want to enjoy a personalized car, just remember...if you can change it back to stock for the 'buyer' then you have the best of both worlds! Hey, anyone out there have a top, pan, type 3 engine, correct tranny, stock wheels, etc for sale so i can return the notch to stock?
