Some of the taiwanese made after market ones are not much better than what you have. Expect to pay $25-30 for a genuine Bosch. As for water in the tank. If there is an excessive amount, no amount of additive will get it out without draining the tank. Also, after draining the tank, replace the fuel filter. Just about any 5/16" fitting inline filter will work, as it is on the suction side of the pump, and not under any pressure.
