I found a broken wire at a sensor that I think belongs to the FI. And there was also a vaccum line loose. After fixing these two items the car will atleast idle now, but it still runs like I am pulling a trailer full of bricks. And still wont go over 54 mph, backfires, and gets BAD gasmilage.
