Thanks for the offer...I have the hose...the piece that was rotton was the hard rubber that almost appeared to be part of the fender..but then again someone had gotten in there and tried to stop the gas smell by putting putty all around the filler tube and stuff. Even thought the real culprit was that rotten rubber. If you can just clamp it off, that's what I'll do since I need to replace the fenders eventually anyway. I can deal with then.
