There is no question that the Authentic Dealership manuals are great manuals, but they are few and far between and I've never come across one for that cheap. These tent to sell for around $100 on eBay. On top of that, I think the last time VW published a complete manual in a single volume that covered all aspects of type 3s was in '65, so if you have a later car you will have to watch out for several manuals: engine, brakes & wheels, fuel system, electrical, body, transmission.... You get the idea. Ideally, I would have to agree with you, but the Bentley manual is excellent, AND available, AND reasonably priced. - Jim Adney jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, WI 53711-3054 USA ------------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe? mailto:type3-request@vwtype3.org, Subject: unsubscribe
