JimA=> I agree. I don't see how the pressure could => make much of a difference. Only at sustained high rpm, certainly. Typ3s are generally not driven a lot at freeway speeds anymore, so we wouldn't have a lot of current data points. I'd be interested to hear from a couple of highway commuters who've upgraded from the Typ1 to Typ3 pumps.
