Dave,

I think Betty needs a lot of help and I think she should try Guy Harding who
owns "Harding European" in Brisbane.  He knows Type3s well.  He has just about
all she needs and is used to dealing with these problems from overseas
customers.  (I have no financial links with him but I know him personally.)
