If your car is a 68-73 with FI, then the Bentley is by far the best and most complete manual. It has much more information than the Haynes, although the Haynes does cover the OE carbs and earlier cars. The Muir book has a great sense of humor and good karma, but it leans toward beetles and buses and its coverage of type 3s is limited. Still it is a great read and is worth it for the philosophy alone. - ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ------------------------------------------------------------------- Too much?
