Most any grease you buy these days will be lithium based, which 
is fine. I think I would go for one with MoS2, but GL3 would be a 
gear oil, not a grease. I have some heavy MoS2 lithium that I use 
for CV joints and I suspect that should be fine.

This is pretty hard to get to to just casually change out.
