Ok, so what I'm doing may not be exactly kosher. I'm putting a 63 notch body on a 71 pan. Not too scary so far. Next part is that I want to use an IRS trans. I don't want to fabricate rear body motor mounts in the notch so I'm converting a swing axle torsion assembly to IRS using BugPack rear control arm brackets that weld onto the torsion assembly. All 4 torsion plates are off now and the swing axle torsion assembly has the old torsion bar sticking out of the end. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get the torsion bar out of the housing? There's got to be a better way than wiggling it for 1/2 an hour! Bob Myers ------------------------------------------------------------------- Too much?
