Move the motor to cyl#1. Since your dist rotor is not going to line up properly with the notch on the dist rim (the rotor's been jumping around) you can find cyl#1 TDC position by pulling spark plug #1, sticking a pencil in the hole, turning the motor by hand until you can see the piston has come up. You should also find the pulley mark lines up here, too. Now you can look to make sure the drive gear is oriented right and put the dist back in.
