Jims suggestion is perfect as the book lead me to do what I did. I run a stock apearing solex setup on my 1776 with 1:25 rockers and 8:1 compression. I took jets and venturies from dual carbed busses (T4). They are very simular carbs and have alot of interchangeable parts. The big differance is T3 solexes are 32mm and busses are 34mm. Hence the bigger volume upgrades for my bigger engine.
