As Jim A. suggested I connected a oil pressure gauge and found: At low idle 700rpm- 20psi, at 1500rpm-40psi, at about 2000rpm and above - 50psi(this is when the oil relief valves kick in ). Concluding oil pressure wasn't my problem I did a compression check and found one cyl. to be below the rest. While removing the head I found I had lost 3 casesavers. These were done only 5Kkm ago with a rebuild. So I'm going back to the machine shop to get them to do it for free. Anyway What should I demand that they do ? which casesavers should they use? should I go to 10mm studs(I have these)?
