What should I look at next? How is your windshield seal? Water can leak in the corners of the windshield, down the door pillar and onto the floor where it appears that the heater vents are leaking. If you have a leak here, you will need to replace the seal. Also, look into the fresh air grille outside the car and see if you see rust. If so, the bottom of the air intake could be rusted-out and water could be leaking in there. If this is the case, you have to remove the fresh air distributor box underneath the dash and repair the holes.
