[T3] Oil Relief Valves

hey guys, got a question... i was checking my relief valves and all that i could get out was my springs... is there a trick to getting the relief piston out?? i need to clean it out so they can move freely, but i need to know how to get them out... anyone know?? lease reply to me directly at Crashovd@pocketmail.com  any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
