Mark, I've just started reading the weekend mail (105 messages, thanks volks!) but I want to get this out before I forget. Do you have a web page? If not, contact me and we'll get a temp one set up for you on my site. Either way, I think you need to have a page that lists your issues and everything you've done in an attempt to fix the issues. This way will make it easier for someone to view everything at once instead of searching the threads and trying to remember everything that was written.
