[T3] Hella foglamp replacement bulbs

Hi, Volks!

Though bitter weather and a crippling financial burden has put the
Squareback Rescue Adventure on hiatus, I haven't let that keep me from
doing the little bits of cleanup I can on Yoko ('67 Square). The car has
Hella rectangular foglamps...but only one works. I dissected the other
today to find that water has leaked into it over time, turning the
reflector a golden color. The bulb doesn't look burned out, but I'm not
sure...I'd like to find replacements anyway.

So does anyone know where I can get the replacement element? It is
2-1/2" long and 1" across the base. The one I have here reads:

Thanks for any help you might be able to give! I'm looking forward to
warmer weather, so I can get this puppy going on a daily-driver basis!!!
