Maybe you have been chasing fuel injection problems, when it >may be a bad ignition switch. The idiot light thing (or lack of idiot light) I have noticed only when slowing to a stop when it stalls. The lights dont come on until I am nearly stopped, well after the initial jerk and after I notice the big power loss. They come on as I am almost stopped. When I turn the key back 'on', the lights all come on like they should. And they also glow during the "no start" episodes. Still sound like a ignition switch problem?
