This afternoon I started my car and heard a bunch of pops, like backfires. I was told before that this was due to warped heads that had gaseous buildup which let loose when I started the car. It hadn't been doing it for a long time until today. I drove it home with no problems, but about 10 minutes later, when I went to leave again, my car fired up, then died immediately, tried it again and the same thing happened. After a few tries the car would just crank and crank and not start. This is exactly what was happening before. I think that Pat got my car starting nice after adjusting the fuel pressure and points, as well as checking the timing and connections. (Anything else Pat?) I left for a while and came out to try again and the same thing happend, it just cranked and cranked.
