Parts book supports the idea; model 316, 318 left hand doors were different from Aug 63 to July 67. These would be RHD passenger doors on low spec Notches. The LHD Notch passenger doors don't get a mention, but maybe a parts book frozen in mid-sixties (no updates since) might prove this. Dave.
