That oil cooler stud was not that hard to replace. And if you are getting a new case, it will probably not have that stud installed. I have converted many T-1 cases to T-3, and visa-versa. As for the cross member mount bosses, most of the newer T-1 replacement cases had the bosses cast in, but not drilled and tapped. There is an adapter kit that uses the oil pump studs, but they really, really, really suck.
