The 90.5 mm pistons and barrels are a good choice as thier wall thickness is the same as stock 1600cc liners. The 92's are too thin. A compression anywhere between 7:1 and 8:1 is a good idea to keep the temp down on these engines. An engle 110 cam, from what i've been told, is a good all-around cam for performance usage. The 120 may be a bit wild...depends on your tastes. Like someone said before, use good quality heads. The thing to watch with these heads is the number of cooling fins on the head. The real hi-po heads have 6 cooling fins versus the stock head's 8. Some aftermarket performance heads have the 8 fins. These are the ones you want for best reliability.
