I found out about the ordinary adjustment; adjusted it, and it didn't wobble over train tracks any more. Then it got loose again; adjusted some more. Eventually, it couldn't be adjusted any more. Bentley says "replace axial thrust rings when you can't adjust any more, as they're worn out." I looked for them, couldn't find at parts places (of course). Paid too much for a trashed front end, extracted its axial thrust rings. Took my upper torsion arms off, and found perfectly good axial thrust rings on the car!
