<x-charset iso-8859-1>I e-mailed the seller about the seat covers and this is his response: The front and back seats all have what I believe to be a factory VW seat cover. It was an option that was actually very rare and quite expensive at the time. The photos show the original seat cover on the drivers seat. I took the seat cover off so that the picture would show that the original seat was in perfect condition. The passenger and back seats are also perfect. I did not take the seat covers off for the photos. I am not to sure if the seller knows what rare and quite expensive is, what could the seat covers cost. All in all it's a nice looking car that probably will go for about $3,000 - $4,000. The winning bidder still needs to produce the $$$$$$$$$, last time the winner couldn't come up with the $$$$$$$$$. Just a thought. Jim San Diego > Also that he should highlight the "factory seat covers" when one of the > front seat covers is obviously different from the other.
