If it looks pretty much right, then it is fine. The pulley bolt MUST be torqued properly. I believe it is 92 lb-ft. Best to use some Locktite, too. If you just snug it up it WILL come loose and damage things. This is a common problem. Stop and fix it now. Double check the torque in your manual. The type 3 torque is higher than the corresponding bolt in a beetle because of the cantilevered load on it.
