<x-charset iso-8859-1>Almost ALL the late T3's will be rusted out around the front stiffening plates, they were just spot welded on and had drains on the top and bottom, problem is that the bottom drains get plugged with dirt and the top drains keep letting water in. You need to remove the fenders and have the holes welded up... and replace the fenders. Good late front fenders are VERY hard to find as they are factory undercoated and the undercoating cracks, letting salt and dirt into the rear seam where it gets trapped. I have them avail at $150ea but people seem happy to spend $200 to get their old ones rebuilt. They do occationally pop up at the swaps, at least here in the east.
