[T3] More Trim Questions

<x-flowed>I just have a couple more questions concerning the original trim on a '65 
Export model 1500 S.

First, what should the door panels look like?  Should they be the two piece 
panels with the "z" shaped armrest, or should they be ones that look like 
Type 1 panels with smaller armrests?

Second, what did the original seat leatherette look like in these cars?  I 
know the '65 Type 1 had smooth leatherette rather than the later 
basketweave.
