I wouldn't reject it out of hand, but I would make sure that the VIN on the title matches the VIN on top of the tunnel since that's the one that the Motor Vehicle people will care about. I would also want to inspect it carefully until you figure out exactly what has been done here. This is something you should understand BEFORE you buy. Perhaps the owner can tell you and then you can find and trace the welds. Look for welds in the edges of the trunk and in the windshield pillars. Pull up the carpet and look at the joint between the pan and the body.
