<x-charset Windows-1252>This is what I was referring to on #2. On most of the early brochures they show some stuff 99% of us have never seen. Most noticeable are the white steering wheel and column, the 4 (not the usual 3) white vent lever knobs, the chrome strips that follow onto the door panels from the bottom of the dash pad, the "clam style" door pockets with white knob/lever, and the 2 seperations in the dash pad speaker perferations. They also had different rear reflectors. I have seen the door pockets on early 61's before, but none of the other above mentioned items UNTIL car #54 and then again on #10. It has the 4 vent lever knobs and the chrome strips that follow onto the door panels from the bottom of the dash pad. Neither car has it's original dash pad, so that is still an unknown. Also neither car had a white steering wheel and column. Both have the different rear reflectors. >From the pics I got of #2 it DOES have a white steering wheel, but the pics don't show the column. It could have been changed, but we won't know that until it is checked out by a "T3XPERT". It also looks to be in good enough condition to have it's original dash pad, but again, we'll have to wait and see how that turns out. Pat D. "T3XPERT" (One of my old license plates.
