<x-charset iso-8859-1>Mike, I have this same problem intermittenly (as I have posted). I have not changed the head temp sensor as of yet but all signs point to this being the culprit. I've tried to measure the resistance to verify the problem, but I swear it is always different. But here's how I am narrowing down the problem. I can get in the car cold and it starts and runs beatifully, drive around town etc. No problem. But if I take it out and really run it, driving for 30 -40 min., it starts to 'feel' not quite right at stop ligts etc. After parking the car, it will not start for about an hour. Then it starts and runs fine. I have tried this experiment about 10 times and all the while checking the temp sensor, each time I get a different reading. Now here is the strange part, twice I checked the resistance to the head temp sensor early on a 50F morning and it read 0. I thought this is it, I have narrowed it to the sensor. Please don't start...But it did :( That said, it has got to be the sensor! Once I get the time I'll replace it and let you know what happens. Jason T.
