In Norway, these were fitted either by the factory or the importer, I dont know for sure. My car originally had retractable belts, but after 20+ years they didnt retract anymore, so I replaced them with new belts bought at the FLAPS. They were British, I believe the make is Securon. Works like a charm, and a lot safer and more comfortable than the old loose straps.
