I wanted to see if you guys agree with me on this. I have a 1600 CC, dual
carburetor engine in my fasty. When I start it I let it sit for about 3-5
minutes and as I drive away I can feel the engine tug as if it was still
cold, also the engine misses for about the first 10-15 minutes at Idle. Once
I get on the freeway 60+ MPH then exit and resume my city driving it feels
fine. I think Maybe it needs a valve adjustment or the timing rechecked, I
have not looked at the points, distributor, plugs etc yet. Is this normal, I
have not looked at the choke adjustment either althou if I remember well the
previous ownwer told me he
had the chokes all tha way open. Could this be it?
I will be checking all of this tommorow so anything to point me in the
right direction will be appreciated.
