Remove the gas tank fuel sender and look down there to see how bad it really is. Put in fresh gas and oil and a new battery and try it. I wouldn't expect much from spray-down-the-throat carb cleaners, so if they are gunked up you will have to pull them off and rebuild them, probably with new gasket sets. BTW, this car would have been FI when new.
